DRC 13: Douglas Nielsen Collection

This collection is composed of materials that document the career of dancer, choreographer, and teacher Douglas Nielsen, from the beginnings of his professional dance career in the 1970s through the end of his tenure at the University of Arizona in 2015. The collection includes print media clippings and performance ephemera, as well as material pertaining to teaching and to Nielsen’s interest in visual art. Also included is a collection of DVDs of Nielsen’s performances and choreography dating back to 1979.
